Comprehensive technical upgrade

1.The pump head and the motor connection foot are integrally formed, which is stable and firm, has a long service life, and is easier to maintain and disassemble.

2. The medium magnetic drive, no shaft seal design, good sealing, will not cause chemical leakage.

3.The impeller and the inner magnet are integrally formed to strengthen the impeller strength and improve efficiency.

4.The combined RF type flange that can adjust the direction of the screw hole arbitrarily not only provides convenient piping, but also avoids flange deformation caused by piping pressure and leakage. 

5.By accurately setting the relative position of the passive magnet and the active magnet, the position of the magnetic capsule can be effectively controlled by magnetic force. Even when idling, the rear end of the bearing will not contact the rear thrust ring. This structure effectively suppresses the generation of friction and ensures the lubrication of the friction part.

6.The front and rear shells of the pump are designed as partial volute shapes. After assembly, the overall ideal spiral-shaped chamber is obtained, which effectively suppresses the leakage caused by the liquid ejected from the impeller flowing back into the pump chamber again, thereby guiding the liquid to the pump outlet smoothly and efficiently.

Technology upgrade
