The Meibao MB Series Magnetic Drive Chemical Pump uses NdFeB permanent magnets to transmit torque from the motor to the impeller through a completely sealed housing — with zero mechanical contact between the drive and wet-end. This eliminates all risk of fluid leakage.

Designed for the transfer of corrosive, toxic, and ultra-pure chemicals in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and chemical processing applications. Available in PP (polypropylene), PVDF, and 316L stainless steel wet-end materials to handle the full range of industrial chemicals.

How to deal with the leakage of the vertical pump?

Solutions:
1) Identify leak location (mechanical seal, gasket, or casing),
2) If seal leakage, replace mechanical seal assembly,
3) If gasket leak, replace gasket and retorque fasteners,
4) Inspect shaft sleeve for damage if seal failed,
5) Always follow lockout/tagout procedures before servicing.
